Serava Makelaardij is the exclusive sales agent for the Dormio Group. Because the Dormio Group has all facets of the business in-house—from designing and developing the resorts to renting them out and managing them—purchasing a holiday home at one of these resorts is a reliable investment!

Previously, the sale of the properties was handled exclusively through Dormio Investments, based at the head office in Arnhem. Dormio Investments remains operational; however, Serava Makelaardij is an expansion of the services offered.

As a major player domestically and internationally with labels such as Dormio Resorts and Hotels, Summio, and PODS by Dormio, the range of properties has grown enormously.

Because the market must be served in an optimal manner, the decision was made to bring on board an exclusive sales agent, focusing on resales: taking over the sale of properties from existing owners.
