Serava Real Estate is the exclusive sales agent for the Dormio Group. Because the Dormio Group handles every aspect of the business in-house—from designing and developing the resorts to renting and managing them—purchasing a vacation home at one of these resorts is a reliable investment!

Until recently, the sale of properties was handled exclusively by Dormio Investments, based at its head office in Arnhem. Dormio Investments will continue to operate as before; however, Serava Makelaardij represents an expansion of the services offered. 

As a major player both at home and abroad, with brands such as Dormio Resorts and Hotels, Summio and PODS by Dormio, the range of properties on offer has grown significantly.

In order to serve the market in the best possible way, we have decided to appoint an exclusive sales agent, with a focus on resales – that is, putting properties from existing owners on the market. 

As a former director of Dormio Investments, I know the ins and outs of the company, I know who to contact for each specific case, and I can provide comprehensive information to ensure that potential new owners are fully, transparently and promptly informed!
